GROUP SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Group of only 4 clients, consisting of a 2-hour appointment, once a week for 6 weeks.
- Clients must be overweight or obese with a BMI > 25 or a large waist measurement (> 94 cm for men, > 80 cm women).
- The 2-hour appointments are available on two days, mornings 9:30am-11: 30 am, and evenings 6 pm to 8 pm.
- Sessions cost £50 (no VAT), per person, per week. Appointments must be booked and paid for in advance.
- Appointments will run for 6 consecutive weeks.
- The appointments will not be refunded or exchanged in the case of non-attendance.
- The appointments will be confirmed once all 4 clients have been identified. Please email contact@insulean.co.uk to register your interest and preferred time slot.
- To book as a group of 4, please email contact@insulean.co.uk, with the details of all 4 participants and preferred appointment slot.
The appointments will be held at the INSULEAN Clinic, Suite 1, 80 Churchill Square, Kings Hill, West Malling, ME19 4YU.
