I have been astonished at the resilience of the calorie theory. Weight gain is not a simple matter of calorie balance. It is a matter of how those calories impact the body, and what the weight-regulating hormones do with the food that we eat.<\/span><\/p>\n The sooner we abandon the flawed and failed calorie theory, the sooner we can start making a dent in the obesity crisis.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n
