This programme is based on a thorough understanding of the science behind the Obesity Epidemic; a hormonal imbalance rather than a calorie problem, challenging current nutritional dogma.

The programme is led, supervised and supported by a British-trained Medical Doctor who is also an Obesity expert with a globally recognised Obesity Management qualification.

We offer a holistic approach to wellness and weight loss that includes advanced nutrition education, behavioural therapy, therapeutic fasting, personalised fitness advice, stress management coaching and dedicated moral support.


Prevention Medicine is simple but not easy, which is why you will be encouraged and supported every step of the way.


There is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ plan. We all have different metabolic profiles and unique health issues. We have deep set beliefs about health and different socio-cultural backgrounds.

The Insulean programme will take a holistic approach to your personal journey and design a plan that will work for you. There is a strong genetic predisposition to Obesity, but your genes do not necessarily determine your destiny.

Nutrition Education

Diet and deprivation are not the same. You will learn how the right food helps the body heal itself. You will understand not only which foods to avoid but importantly why, and how the ‘low fat low calorie’ movement has contributed to the Obesity epidemic.

You will learn why cholesterol is good for you and why sugar is so dangerous.

Behavioural Therapy

We will explore the environmental, physical and psychological promoters of your weight gain and metabolic disease. You will understand exactly why you have uncontrollable cravings for ‘something sweet’ and what to do about it.

Therapeutic Fasting

The evidence for therapeutic fasting for longevity, health and weight loss is undisputed yet underrated. You will understand how and why a personalised fasting schedule could be the most critical step towards your wellness goals.


You will learn how incorporating regular physical activity can do wonders for your brain and overall health, and why we promote exercise for wellness, but not for weight loss.

Exercising for an hour a day is insufficient – your lifestyle choices during the other twenty three hours cannot be overlooked.

You cannot outrun a bad diet.

Moral Support

Willpower is overrated. It is not your lack of discipline. You have been following the wrong advice. We know that the choices you make are determined by your food environment, social pressures and culture. It is not ‘your fault’.
