STAGE 2

  • Introduction to your customised programme to weight loss.
  • Explain exactly what foods to avoid and why.
  • Basic education on how and why we get fat and sick.
  • Explain why your previous diets failed to keep the weight off.
  • Discussion of why the ‘eat less move more’ advice is fundamentally flawed.
  • Help you understand the difference between physical and emotional hunger.
  • Explore the basis of your emotional eating.
  • Explain why exercise is great for overall health but not directly for weight loss.
  • Empower you with tips on how to successfully navigate our obesogenic environment.
  • Discuss any concerns, motivations and potential saboteurs.
STAGE 3

EXECUTE

DURATION: 45 min / Session
  • Customised behavioural counselling.
  • Adjustment of your programme, if required.
  • Ongoing education and moral support.
  • Tracking of weight parameters.
  • Invitation to The Insulean Club, our popular online support group.

The Virtual Service includes Stage 1, Stage 2 and Three Stage 3 sessions. Further sessions are available on request.

Metabolic Blood Tests are available to UK-based clients, as an optional extra.
