I went to Insulean at the start of the new year and have found their service incredibly professional. My 90 minute meeting with the Medical Director helped me to identify my eating patterns and what I should be doing differently. Additionally, Dr Mburu taught me the role of insulin in weight loss and how by controlling it I will lose weight naturally. The program helped me to lose 23 lbs and normalize my blood pressure (in 5 weeks!) and I haven’t been hungry just by eating the right foods. Best of all Dr. Mburu checks in with me weekly to make sure I’m on track.
